Job Summary
Oversee daily operations of the SONIC Drive-In in collaboration with the General Manager; manage hiring/training/supervision; lead with a Fair, Firm, Fun approach; oversee P&L to meet targets; resolve employee concerns; coach for performance; maintain safety and sanitation standards; ensure compliance with laws; focus on team morale, performance metrics, and guest experience. Requires prior management experience (restaurant/retail preferred), associate degree in Business or related field preferred, and flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays. Strong leadership, communication, and adaptability are essential.
