Job Summary
Oversee daily food and beverage operations, ensuring compliance with policies, procedures, and all applicable federal, state, and PLCB gaming regulations. Supervise and assist in training managers and hourly employees while maintaining open communication across all personnel. Manage beverage and food inventories, enforce quality control, and monitor labor, beverage, and food costs to achieve budgeted revenues and maximize profitability. Address guest trends, needs, and issues to enhance the experience and drive future sales. Maintain company operating standards and demonstrate professionalism reflecting brand values. Requires Serv-Safe and RAMP certification, full POS knowledge, and ability to work irregular 24/7 shifts in a high-energy casino environment.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work long hours
- Ability to stand for long periods of times without sitting or leaning
- Ability to climb stairs multiple times daily
- Ability to handle multi-tasking-heavy work-exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and up to 30 pounds of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move objects
- Ability to climb, bend, stretch, twist or reach with your body and arms
- Ability to work under variable temperatures and noise levels
- Must be Serv-Safe and RAMP certified
- Ability to perform assigned duties in an interruptive environment
- Accuracy in completing assigned duties in a timely manner
- Requires thorough knowledge of restaurant/bar practices and procedures
- Must have full working knowledge of POS
- Must have knowledge of approved Responsible Gaming Program
- Mathematical skills, including basic math, budgeting, profit/loss concepts, percentages, and variances
- Must be able to obtain and maintain licensure as required by the State Gaming Control Agency for the position
