Job Summary
Oversee daily restaurant operations, maximizing profitability while upholding guest experience standards through active floor presence and hands-on management. Hire, train, and evaluate team members; provide real-time coaching and feedback to facilitate growth. Manage inventory levels, replenish operating materials, and collaborate with departments to plan activities and special events. Document and resolve employee and guest incidents while maintaining high hospitality standards. Requires a Bachelor's or Associate's degree, 2+ years managing large restaurant staff, and advanced Microsoft Office proficiency. Experience with Italian cuisine and wine is preferred. Flexible schedule includes evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or Associate Degree
- 2+ years of experience managing a large restaurant staff to accomplish sales and guest service goals
- Demonstrated problem-solving, organizational, analytical and business management skills
- Excellent communication, leadership and team-building skills
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Availability to work a flexible schedule often including evenings, weekends and holidays
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to exert well-paced mobility for up to 8 hours, including standing, walking, bending and squatting
