Job Summary
Condado Tacos is seeking an expressive, hospitality-driven Restaurant Assistant General Manager to lead daily operations at our Nashville locations. The role emphasizes guest experience, staff leadership, and financial stewardship, including reading and impacting restaurant financials, training and developing hourly employees and management, ensuring health and safety standards, upholding Condado's culture, and driving sales through collaboration with Catering and Marketing. Candidates should be committed, accountable, and able to manage operations with a focus on quality, presentation, and community engagement. Required Qualifications
- Minimum 1-2 years of previous casual dining restaurant manager experience required, preferably Assistant General Manager or higher.
