Job Summary
Lead restaurant teams to deliver exceptional Southern Hospitality experiences by fostering a respectful culture and actively coaching new and existing staff. Manage daily operations by adhering to all safety, food, and labor standards while reducing incidents through manager walks and timely escalations. Drive traffic, sales, and profitability by understanding P&L results and participating in inventory management. Maintain strict compliance with BoFood and BoLabor systems, ensuring quality, service, and cleanliness directly impact revenue. Engage in all Life-to-Life Operations (LTO) training and deadlines. Work flexible morning, evening, and weekend shifts, including weekends, with a required 50-hour work week.
Required Qualifications
- A minimum of 2 years management experience
- 18 years or older
- Able to read, write and speak English
- Must possess a valid driver's license, and access to reliable transportation
- Available to work any shift, 7 days a week, with a required 50-hour work week
- Prior supervisory experience with a coaching mindset
- Prior onboarding experience with employees at all levels
- Prior Microsoft Office Experience
- Prior cash handling and bank deposit experience
- Ability to multi-task and lead teams in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to bend, stand, kneel frequently lifting 25+lbs
