Job Summary
Lead restaurant operations by creating an inviting culture where team members feel respected and valued. Actively seek growth opportunities for staff, communicate effectively with guests, and take an active role in onboarding new hires. Uphold standards through proper manager walks, process execution, and timely escalation of issues to reduce R&M. Manage inventory, understand restaurant P&L results, and ensure safety and security standards are met. Engage in all LTO activities including training and POP by deadlines. Work flexible hours, including mornings, evenings, and weekends, with a required 50-hour work week.
Required Qualifications
- A minimum of 2 years management experience
- 18 years or older
- Able to read, write and speak English
- Must possess a valid driver's license, and access to reliable transportation
- Available to work any shift, 7 days a week, with a required 50-hour work week
- Prior supervisory experience with a coaching mindset
- Prior onboarding experience with employees at all levels
- Prior Microsoft Office Experience
- Prior cash handling and bank deposit experience
- Ability to multi-task and lead teams in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to bend, stand, kneel frequently lifting 25+lbs
