Job Summary
Lead restaurant teams to drive traffic, sales, and profitability while maintaining a customer-centric culture. Create an inviting environment where staff feel respected, actively seek growth opportunities, and communicate effectively with all guests. Uphold operational standards for BoFood and BoLabor, take corrective action on non-compliance, and reduce R&M through manager walks and timely escalations. Manage inventory, understand P&L results, and ensure safety standards are met. Participate in all LTO cycles, including training and POP deadlines. Work flexible morning, evening, or weekend shifts, 50 hours weekly, with a required driver's license and ability to lift 25+ lbs.
Required Qualifications
- A minimum of 2 years management experience
- 18 years or older
- Able to read, write and speak English
- Must possess a valid driver's license, and access to reliable transportation
- Available to work any shift, 7 days a week, with a required 50-hour work week
- Prior supervisory experience with a coaching mindset
- Prior onboarding experience with employees at all levels
- Prior Microsoft Office Experience
- Prior cash handling and bank deposit experience
- Ability to multi-task and lead teams in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to bend, stand, kneel frequently lifting 25+lbs
