Lead restaurant operations by creating an inviting culture where team members feel respected, actively seeking growth opportunities for staff development, and communicating effectively with all guests. Uphold standards through proper manager walks, corrective actions when standards are not met, and inventory management to drive traffic, sales, and profitability. Reduce R&M through process execution and timely escalation of opportunities while understanding how quality, service, and cleanliness impact restaurant P&L results. Demonstrate and maintain all safety, security, and cultural principles during every interaction. Available to work any shift, 7 days a week, with a required 50-hour work week.
