Job Summary
Lead teams to deliver exceptional Southern Hospitality experiences while driving traffic, sales, and profitability in our restaurants. Create an inviting culture where team members feel respected, actively seek growth opportunities, and communicate effectively with all guests. Uphold standards through proper manager walks, corrective actions, and adherence to BoFood and BoLabor systems. Reduce R&M by empowering staff to maintain WOW service, managing inventory, and participating in LTO cycles. Understand restaurant P&L results and how quality, service, and cleanliness impact sales. Demonstrate all safety and security standards while engaging in training and POP by deadlines. Work flexible hours, including mornings, evenings, and weekends, with a required 50-hour work week.
Required Qualifications
- A minimum of 2 years management experience
- 18 years or older
- Able to read, write and speak English
- Must possess a valid driver's license, and access to reliable transportation
- Available to work any shift, 7 days a week, with a required 50-hour work week
- Prior supervisory experience with a coaching mindset
- Prior onboarding experience with employees at all levels
- Prior Microsoft Office Experience
- Prior cash handling and bank deposit experience
- Ability to multi-task and lead teams in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to bend, stand, kneel frequently lifting 25+lbs
