Job Summary
Lead restaurant operations by developing and managing a team to drive traffic, sales, and profitability while maintaining a customer-centric culture. Create an inviting environment where staff feel respected, actively onboard new team members, and coach employees to uphold standards through proper manager walks and timely escalations. Act as a subject matter expert in BoFood and BoLabor systems, manage inventory, and ensure adherence to all safety, security, and cleanliness protocols. Monitor restaurant P&L results to understand how quality and service impact revenue. Work flexible morning, evening, or weekend shifts, including weekends, with a required 50-hour work week.
Required Qualifications
- 2 years management experience
- 18 years or older
- Able to read, write and speak English
- Must possess a valid driver's license, and access to reliable transportation
- Available to work any shift, 7 days a week, with a required 50-hour work week
- Prior supervisory experience with a coaching mindset
- Prior onboarding experience with employees at all levels
- Prior Microsoft Office Experience
- Prior cash handling and bank deposit experience
- Ability to multi-task and lead teams in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to bend, stand, kneel frequently lifting 25+lbs
