Job Summary
Create an inviting culture where team members feel respected and valued, while actively seeking growth opportunities for all staff. Lead the team in driving traffic, sales, and profitability by maintaining a customer-centric culture and upholding standards through proper manager walks and timely escalations. Actively participate in inventory management, understand restaurant P&L results, and ensure adherence to all safety, security, and operational systems including BoFood and BoLabor. Engage in all LTO activities throughout the life cycle, including training and POP by deadlines. Work any shift, seven days a week, with a required 50-hour work week.
Required Qualifications
- A minimum of 2 years management experience
- 18 years or older
- Able to read, write and speak English
- Must possess a valid driver's license, and access to reliable transportation
- Available to work any shift, 7 days a week, with a required 50-hour work week
- Prior supervisory experience with a coaching mindset
- Prior onboarding experience with employees at all levels
- Prior Microsoft Office Experience
- Prior cash handling and bank deposit experience
- Ability to multi-task and lead teams in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to bend, stand, kneel frequently lifting 25+lbs
