Restaurant Assistant General Manager

Lead teams in delivering exceptional Southern Hospitality experiences by creating a culture where staff feel respected and valued. Actively seek growth opportunities for team members, communicate effectively with internal and external guests, and demonstrate Cultural Principles in every interaction. As a subject matter expert, adhere to all systems including BoFood and BoLabor, uphold standards, and take corrective action when necessary. Empower the team to maintain WOW guest service, reduce R&M through proper manager walks and timely escalations, and actively participate in inventory management. Understand restaurant P&L results and how quality, service, and cleanliness impact sales. Demonstrate and uphold all safety and security standards while engaging in all LTO throughout its life cycle, including training and POP by deadlines. Available to work any shift, 7 days a week, with a required 50-hour work week.
