Job Summary
Lead teams in delivering exceptional Southern Hospitality experiences by creating a respectful culture, communicating effectively with guests, and actively onboarding new members. Drive traffic, sales, and profitability through inventory management, P&L oversight, and adherence to safety and security standards. Uphold operational excellence by executing BoFood and BoLabor processes, conducting manager walks, and taking corrective action when standards are not met. Manage cash handling, bank deposits, and multi-task in a fast-paced environment while leading teams through all shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- A minimum of 2 years management experience
- 18 years or older
- Able to read, write and speak English
- Must possess a valid driver's license, and access to reliable transportation
- Available to work any shift, 7 days a week, with a required 50-hour work week
- Prior supervisory experience with a coaching mindset
- Prior onboarding experience with employees at all levels
- Prior Microsoft Office Experience
- Prior cash handling and bank deposit experience
- Ability to multi-task and lead teams in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to bend, stand, kneel frequently lifting 25+lbs
