Job Summary
Lead teams in delivering exceptional Southern Hospitality by creating a respectful culture, communicating effectively with all guests, and actively onboarding new members. Serve as a subject matter expert adhering to BoFood and BoLabor systems while maintaining standards, taking corrective action, and empowering staff to ensure WOW guest service. Drive traffic, sales, and profitability by understanding restaurant P&L results, managing inventory, and reducing R&M through proper manager walks and timely escalations. Uphold safety, security, and all operational processes, including LTO training and POP deadlines. Requires 2+ years management experience, valid driver's license, and ability to work 50-hour weeks across any shift.
Required Qualifications
- A minimum of 2 years management experience
- 18 years or older
- Able to read, write and speak English
- Must possess a valid driver's license, and access to reliable transportation
- Available to work any shift, 7 days a week, with a required 50-hour work week
- Prior supervisory experience with a coaching mindset
- Prior onboarding experience with employees at all levels
- Prior Microsoft Office Experience
- Prior cash handling and bank deposit experience
- Ability to multi-task and lead teams in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to bend, stand, kneel frequently lifting 25+lbs
