Job Summary
Lead teams in delivering exceptional Southern Hospitality experiences while driving traffic, sales, and profitability. Create an inviting culture where staff feel respected, actively seek growth opportunities, and communicate effectively with all guests. Uphold standards by reducing R&M through manager walks, proper process execution, and timely escalations. Act as a subject matter expert in BoFood and BoLabor systems, empowering teams to maintain WOW service. Manage restaurant P&L results, understand how quality and cleanliness impact sales, and participate actively in inventory management. Demonstrate and uphold safety, security, and all LTO standards throughout their life cycle.
Required Qualifications
- A minimum of 2 years management experience
- 18 years or older
- Able to read, write and speak English
- Must possess a valid driver's license, and access to reliable transportation
- Available to work any shift, 7 days a week, with a required 50-hour work week
- Prior supervisory experience with a coaching mindset
- Prior onboarding experience with employees at all levels
- Prior Microsoft Office Experience
- Prior cash handling and bank deposit experience
- Ability to multi-task and lead teams in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to bend, stand, kneel frequently lifting 25+lbs
