Job Summary
Lead restaurant teams to drive traffic, sales, and profitability while maintaining a customer-centric culture. Create an inviting environment where staff feel respected, actively seek growth opportunities, and communicate effectively with all guests. Serve as a subject matter expert adhering to BoFood and BoLabor systems, uphold standards through manager walks, and reduce R&M via timely escalations. Manage inventory, understand P&L results, and ensure safety compliance. Work any shift, seven days a week, with a required 50-hour week. Prior supervisory experience and coaching mindset are essential.
Required Qualifications
- A minimum of 2 years management experience
- 18 years or older
- Able to read, write and speak English
- Must possess a valid driver's license, and access to reliable transportation
- Available to work any shift, 7 days a week, with a required 50-hour work week
- Prior supervisory experience with a coaching mindset
- Prior onboarding experience with employees at all levels
- Prior Microsoft Office Experience
- Prior cash handling and bank deposit experience
- Ability to multi-task and lead teams in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to bend, stand, kneel frequently lifting 25+lbs
