Job Summary
Lead restaurant teams to drive traffic, sales, and profitability while maintaining a customer-centric culture. Create an inviting store environment where team members feel respected, actively seek growth opportunities, and communicate effectively with all guests. Uphold standards through proper manager walks, corrective action, and adherence to BoFood and BoLabor systems. Manage inventory, understand restaurant P&L results, and ensure safety and security compliance. Participate in LTO cycles, including training and POP by deadlines. Work flexible morning, evening, or weekend shifts, including weekends, with a required 50-hour work week. Available to work any shift, seven days a week.
Required Qualifications
- A minimum of 2 years management experience
- 18 years or older
- Able to read, write and speak English
- Must possess a valid driver's license, and access to reliable transportation
- Available to work any shift, 7 days a week, with a required 50-hour work week
- Prior supervisory experience with a coaching mindset
- Prior onboarding experience with employees at all levels
- Prior Microsoft Office Experience
- Prior cash handling and bank deposit experience
- Ability to multi-task and lead teams in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to bend, stand, kneel frequently lifting 25+lbs
