Job Summary
Lead teams to deliver exceptional Southern Hospitality experiences by maintaining a customer-centric culture and actively seeking growth opportunities for staff. Collaborate with the General Manager to drive traffic, sales, and profitability through strict adherence to BoFood and BoLabor systems, while reducing R&M via manager walks and timely escalations. Manage inventory, understand restaurant P&L results, and uphold safety standards by engaging in all LTO cycles and training. Work any shift, seven days a week, with a required 50-hour week, leveraging prior supervisory experience and coaching skills to empower teams.
Required Qualifications
- A minimum of 2 years management experience
- 18 years or older
- Able to read, write and speak English
- Must possess a valid driver's license, and access to reliable transportation
- Available to work any shift, 7 days a week, with a required 50-hour work week
- Prior supervisory experience with a coaching mindset
- Prior onboarding experience with employees at all levels
- Prior Microsoft Office Experience
- Prior cash handling and bank deposit experience
- Ability to multi-task and lead teams in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to bend, stand, kneel frequently lifting 25+lbs
