Job Summary
Lead restaurant teams to deliver exceptional Southern Hospitality experiences by creating a respectful culture and actively onboarding new members. Manage daily operations as a subject matter expert in BoFood and BoLabor systems, enforcing standards and taking corrective action to reduce R&M. Drive traffic, sales, and profitability by understanding P&L results and participating in inventory management while upholding safety protocols. Engage in all LTO training cycles and maintain effective communication with internal and external guests. Work flexible morning, evening, or weekend shifts, including weekends, with a required 50-hour work week.
Required Qualifications
- A minimum of 2 years management experience
- 18 years or older
- Able to read, write and speak English
- Must possess a valid driver's license, and access to reliable transportation
- Available to work any shift, 7 days a week, with a required 50-hour work week
- Prior supervisory experience with a coaching mindset
- Prior onboarding experience with employees at all levels
- Prior Microsoft Office Experience
- Prior cash handling and bank deposit experience
- Ability to multi-task and lead teams in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to bend, stand, kneel frequently lifting 25+lbs
