Job Summary
Lead teams in delivering exceptional Southern Hospitality experiences by creating a respectful culture, actively coaching new members, and communicating effectively with all guests. Serve as a subject matter expert on BoFood and BoLabor systems, uphold operational standards through manager walks, and reduce R&M via timely escalations. Drive traffic, sales, and profitability by understanding restaurant P&L results and managing inventory. Engage in all LTO cycles, maintain safety and security standards, and handle cash deposits. Work any shift, seven days a week, with a required 50-hour week.
Required Qualifications
- A minimum of 2 years management experience
- 18 years or older
- Able to read, write and speak English
- Must possess a valid driver's license, and access to reliable transportation
- Available to work any shift, 7 days a week, with a required 50-hour work week
- Prior supervisory experience with a coaching mindset
- Prior onboarding experience with employees at all levels
- Prior Microsoft Office Experience
- Prior cash handling and bank deposit experience
- Ability to multi-task and lead teams in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to bend, stand, kneel frequently lifting 25+lbs
