Job Summary
Lead teams in delivering exceptional Southern Hospitality experiences by creating a respectful culture, communicating effectively with guests, and empowering staff to maintain high service standards. Act as a subject matter expert on BoFood and BoLabor systems, enforcing operational standards, conducting manager walks, and escalating issues to reduce R&M. Drive profitability by understanding restaurant P&L results, managing inventory, and ensuring quality, cleanliness, and safety protocols are upheld. Engage in all LTO cycles, including training and POP deadlines. Work flexible shifts including mornings, evenings, and weekends with a required 50-hour work week, available seven days a week.
Required Qualifications
- A minimum of 2 years management experience
- 18 years or older
- Able to read, write and speak English
- Must possess a valid driver's license, and access to reliable transportation
- Available to work any shift, 7 days a week, with a required 50-hour work week
- Prior supervisory experience with a coaching mindset
- Prior onboarding experience with employees at all levels
- Prior Microsoft Office Experience
- Prior cash handling and bank deposit experience
- Ability to multi-task and lead teams in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to bend, stand, kneel frequently lifting 25+lbs
