Job Summary
Lead teams to deliver exceptional Southern Hospitality experiences by creating a respectful culture, coaching new members, and communicating effectively with guests. Drive traffic, sales, and profitability through inventory management, P&L analysis, and strict adherence to safety and operational standards like BoFood and BoLabor. Reduce incidents via manager walks and timely escalations while maintaining WOW service levels. Work flexible shifts, including mornings, evenings, and weekends, with a required 50-hour weekly schedule.
Required Qualifications
- A minimum of 2 years management experience
- 18 years or older
- Able to read, write and speak English
- Must possess a valid driver's license, and access to reliable transportation
- Available to work any shift, 7 days a week, with a required 50-hour work week
- Prior supervisory experience with a coaching mindset
- Prior onboarding experience with employees at all levels
- Prior Microsoft Office Experience
- Prior cash handling and bank deposit experience
- Ability to multi-task and lead teams in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to bend, stand, kneel frequently lifting 25+lbs
