Job Summary
Lead teams in delivering exceptional Southern Hospitality by creating a culture where staff feel respected and valued. Actively seek growth opportunities for team members, communicate effectively with guests, and demonstrate Cultural Principles in every interaction. Serve as a subject matter expert on BoFood and BoLabor systems, maintaining standards through proper manager walks and timely escalations. Manage restaurant profitability by understanding P&L results, controlling R&M, and actively participating in inventory management. Uphold safety, security, and cleanliness standards while engaging in all LTO training and POP deadlines. Work any shift, seven days a week, with a required 50-hour work week.
Required Qualifications
- A minimum of 2 years management experience
- 18 years or older
- Able to read, write and speak English
- Must possess a valid driver's license, and access to reliable transportation
- Available to work any shift, 7 days a week, with a required 50-hour work week
- Prior supervisory experience with a coaching mindset
- Prior onboarding experience with employees at all levels
- Prior Microsoft Office Experience
- Prior cash handling and bank deposit experience
- Ability to multi-task and lead teams in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to bend, stand, kneel frequently lifting 25+lbs
