Job Summary
Lead teams to deliver exceptional Southern Hospitality experiences by creating an inviting culture where staff feel respected and valued. Actively seek growth opportunities for team members, communicate effectively with all guests, and demonstrate Cultural Principles in every interaction. Serve as a subject matter expert adhering to BoFood and BoLabor systems, uphold standards, and take corrective action when necessary. Empower teams to maintain WOW guest service while reducing R&M through proper manager walks, process execution, and timely escalations. Manage restaurant P&L results, understand how quality and cleanliness impact sales, and actively participate in inventory management. Maintain safety and security standards, engage in all LTO life cycles including training and POP by deadlines, and work 50 hours weekly across any shift.
Required Qualifications
- A minimum of 2 years management experience
- 18 years or older
- Able to read, write and speak English
- Must possess a valid driver's license, and access to reliable transportation
- Available to work any shift, 7 days a week, with a required 50-hour work week
- Prior supervisory experience with a coaching mindset
- Prior onboarding experience with employees at all levels
- Prior Microsoft Office Experience
- Prior cash handling and bank deposit experience
- Ability to multi-task and lead teams in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to bend, stand, kneel frequently lifting 25+lbs
