Job Summary
Lead teams in delivering exceptional Southern Hospitality by creating a respectful culture, actively coaching new hires, and maintaining strict adherence to BoFood, BoLabor, and safety standards. Drive traffic, sales, and profitability through active inventory management, P&L analysis, and timely escalation of operational opportunities. Communicate effectively with all guests and internal staff while upholding cultural principles and correcting performance gaps. Manage cash handling and bank deposits, ensuring full compliance with all systems and processes. Work any shift, seven days a week, with a required 50-hour work week.
Required Qualifications
- A minimum of 2 years management experience
- 18 years or older
- Able to read, write and speak English
- Must possess a valid driver's license, and access to reliable transportation
- Available to work any shift, 7 days a week, with a required 50-hour work week
- Prior supervisory experience with a coaching mindset
- Prior onboarding experience with employees at all levels
- Prior Microsoft Office Experience
- Prior cash handling and bank deposit experience
- Ability to multi-task and lead teams in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to bend, stand, kneel frequently lifting 25+lbs
