Job Summary
Lead teams to deliver exceptional Southern Hospitality experiences by maintaining a customer-centric culture where staff feel respected and valued. Serve as a subject matter expert on BoFood and BoLabor systems, upholding standards through active manager walks and timely escalations to reduce R&M. Drive traffic, sales, and profitability by actively participating in inventory management, understanding restaurant P&L results, and engaging in all LTO life cycles including training and POP deadlines. Empower team members to maintain high-quality service while ensuring adherence to safety, security, and cleanliness standards. Work flexible morning, evening, or weekend shifts with a required 50-hour work week, available seven days a week.
Required Qualifications
- A minimum of 2 years management experience
- 18 years or older
- Able to read, write and speak English
- Must possess a valid driver's license, and access to reliable transportation
- Available to work any shift, 7 days a week, with a required 50-hour work week
- Prior supervisory experience with a coaching mindset
- Prior onboarding experience with employees at all levels
- Prior Microsoft Office Experience
- Prior cash handling and bank deposit experience
- Ability to multi-task and lead teams in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to bend, stand, kneel frequently lifting 25+lbs
