Job Summary
Lead restaurant teams to deliver exceptional Southern Hospitality experiences by fostering a culture where staff feel respected and valued. Actively seek growth opportunities for team members, communicate effectively with all guests, and take an active role in onboarding new hires. Serve as a subject matter expert adhering to BoFood and BoLabor systems, uphold standards with corrective action when needed, and empower staff to maintain high guest service. Manage P&L results, understand how quality and cleanliness impact sales, and actively participate in inventory management while engaging in all LTO processes. Reduce R&M through proper manager walks, process execution, and timely escalation of opportunities. Maintain safety and security standards while demonstrating cultural principles in every interaction.
Required Qualifications
- A minimum of 2 years management experience
- 18 years or older
- Able to read, write and speak English
- Must possess a valid driver's license, and access to reliable transportation
- Available to work any shift, 7 days a week, with a required 50-hour work week
- Prior supervisory experience with a coaching mindset
- Prior onboarding experience with employees at all levels
- Prior Microsoft Office Experience
- Prior cash handling and bank deposit experience
- Ability to multi-task and lead teams in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to bend, stand, kneel frequently lifting 25+lbs
