Job Summary
Lead teams to deliver exceptional Southern Hospitality experiences by creating a respectful culture, actively onboarding new members, and communicating effectively with all guests. Drive traffic, sales, and profitability through adherence to BoFood and BoLabor systems, maintaining standards with corrective actions, and empowering staff for WOW service. Manage restaurant P&L results, participate in inventory, and ensure safety compliance while engaging in all LTO training and deadlines. Work flexible shifts including mornings, evenings, and weekends, with a required 50-hour work week.
Required Qualifications
- A minimum of 2 years management experience
- 18 years or older
- Able to read, write and speak English
- Must possess a valid driver's license, and access to reliable transportation
- Available to work any shift, 7 days a week, with a required 50-hour work week
- Prior supervisory experience with a coaching mindset
- Prior onboarding experience with employees at all levels
- Prior Microsoft Office Experience
- Prior cash handling and bank deposit experience
- Ability to multi-task and lead teams in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to bend, stand, kneel frequently lifting 25+lbs
