Job Summary
Lead teams to deliver exceptional Southern Hospitality experiences by creating a respectful culture, communicating effectively with guests, and actively onboarding new members. Drive traffic, sales, and profitability through inventory management, P&L analysis, and strict adherence to safety, security, and operational standards like BoFood and BoLabor. Reduce R&M via manager walks, process execution, and timely escalations while empowering staff to maintain high service quality. Work any shift, seven days a week, with a required 50-hour schedule, maintaining valid driver's license and transportation access.
Required Qualifications
- 2 years management experience
- 18 years or older
- Able to read, write and speak English
- Must possess a valid driver's license, and access to reliable transportation
- Available to work any shift, 7 days a week, with a required 50-hour work week
- Prior supervisory experience with a coaching mindset
- Prior onboarding experience with employees at all levels
- Prior Microsoft Office Experience
- Prior cash handling and bank deposit experience
- Ability to multi-task and lead teams in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to bend, stand, kneel frequently lifting 25+lbs
