Job Summary
Lead teams to deliver exceptional Southern Hospitality experiences by fostering a respectful culture, communicating effectively with guests, and actively onboarding new members. Serve as a subject matter expert adhering to BoFood and BoLabor systems, maintaining standards through manager walks and timely escalations to reduce R&M. Drive traffic, sales, and profitability by understanding restaurant P&L results, managing inventory, and ensuring safety protocols are met. Participate in all LTO activities including training and POP by deadlines. Work flexible morning, evening, or weekend shifts in a fast-paced environment requiring 50 hours weekly.
Required Qualifications
- A minimum of 2 years management experience
- 18 years or older
- Able to read, write and speak English
- Must possess a valid driver's license, and access to reliable transportation
- Available to work any shift, 7 days a week, with a required 50-hour work week
- Prior supervisory experience with a coaching mindset
- Prior onboarding experience with employees at all levels
- Prior Microsoft Office Experience
- Prior cash handling and bank deposit experience
- Ability to multi-task and lead teams in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to bend, stand, kneel frequently lifting 25+lbs
