Job Summary
Lead restaurant teams to deliver exceptional Southern Hospitality experiences by creating a respectful culture, coaching new members, and maintaining strict adherence to BoFood and BoLabor systems. Drive traffic, sales, and profitability through active inventory management, P&L oversight, and corrective actions on standards, while reducing R&M via manager walks and timely escalations. Engage guests internally and externally, ensure safety compliance, and execute all LTO training and POP deadlines. Requires 50-hour weekly availability across any shift, valid driver's license, and 2+ years of supervisory experience.
Required Qualifications
- A minimum of 2 years management experience
- 18 years or older
- Able to read, write and speak English
- Must possess a valid driver's license, and access to reliable transportation
- Available to work any shift, 7 days a week, with a required 50-hour work week
- Prior supervisory experience with a coaching mindset
- Prior onboarding experience with employees at all levels
- Prior Microsoft Office Experience
- Prior cash handling and bank deposit experience
- Ability to multi-task and lead teams in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to bend, stand, kneel frequently lifting 25+lbs
