Job Summary
Lead restaurant teams to deliver exceptional Southern Hospitality experiences by fostering a respectful culture, actively coaching new hires, and communicating effectively with internal and external guests. Serve as a subject matter expert on BoFood and BoLabor systems, maintaining strict operational standards while empowering staff to uphold WOW service levels. Drive profitability by managing restaurant P&L results, optimizing inventory, and reducing R&M through proper manager walks and timely escalations. Ensure full compliance with safety, security, and LTO standards while adhering to all company processes. Available for any shift, seven days a week, with a required 50-hour work week.
Required Qualifications
- A minimum of 2 years management experience
- 18 years or older
- Able to read, write and speak English
- Must possess a valid driver's license, and access to reliable transportation
- Available to work any shift, 7 days a week, with a required 50-hour work week
- Prior supervisory experience with a coaching mindset
- Prior onboarding experience with employees at all levels
- Prior Microsoft Office Experience
- Prior cash handling and bank deposit experience
- Ability to multi-task and lead teams in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to bend, stand, kneel frequently lifting 25+lbs
