Job Summary
Lead restaurant teams to drive traffic, sales, and profitability while maintaining a customer-centric culture. Create an inviting store environment where team members feel respected, actively seek growth opportunities for staff, and communicate effectively with all guests. Uphold standards by taking corrective action when necessary, empower employees to deliver exceptional service, and reduce R&M through proper manager walks and timely escalations. Manage inventory, understand restaurant P&L results, and ensure adherence to safety, security, and all operational systems including BoFood and BoLabor. Engage in all LTO activities, including training and POP by deadlines. Available for any shift, seven days a week, with a required 50-hour work week.
Required Qualifications
- A minimum of 2 years management experience
- 18 years or older
- Able to read, write and speak English
- Must possess a valid driver's license, and access to reliable transportation
- Available to work any shift, 7 days a week, with a required 50-hour work week
- Prior supervisory experience with a coaching mindset
- Prior onboarding experience with employees at all levels
- Prior Microsoft Office Experience
- Prior cash handling and bank deposit experience
- Ability to multi-task and lead teams in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to bend, stand, kneel frequently lifting 25+lbs
