Job Summary
Lead teams in delivering exceptional Southern Hospitality by creating a respectful culture, communicating effectively with guests, and actively onboarding new members. Maintain operational standards through manager walks, proper process execution for BoFood and BoLabor, and timely escalation of issues to reduce R&M. Drive profitability by understanding restaurant P&L results, managing inventory, and empowering staff to maintain high-quality service. Uphold all safety, security, and cleanliness standards while participating in Life Time Offerings training and POPs by deadlines. Work flexible shifts including mornings, evenings, and weekends to meet a 50-hour weekly requirement.
Required Qualifications
- A minimum of 2 years management experience
- 18 years or older
- Able to read, write and speak English
- Must possess a valid driver's license, and access to reliable transportation
- Available to work any shift, 7 days a week, with a required 50-hour work week
- Prior supervisory experience with a coaching mindset
- Prior onboarding experience with employees at all levels
- Prior Microsoft Office Experience
- Prior cash handling and bank deposit experience
- Ability to multi-task and lead teams in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to bend, stand, kneel frequently lifting 25+lbs
