Job Summary
Lead restaurant operations by creating an inviting culture where team members feel respected, actively seeking growth opportunities for staff development, and empowering employees to deliver exceptional guest service. Manage daily performance by adhering to all systems including BoFood and BoLabor, maintaining standards with corrective action when needed, and reducing R&M through proper manager walks and timely escalations. Drive profitability by understanding restaurant P&L results, recognizing how quality and cleanliness impact sales, participating in inventory management, and engaging in all LTO activities including training and POP by deadlines. Work flexible morning, evening, and weekend shifts with a required 50-hour work week, available seven days a week, while demonstrating cultural principles and safety standards in every interaction.
Required Qualifications
- A minimum of 2 years management experience
- 18 years or older
- Able to read, write and speak English
- Must possess a valid driver's license, and access to reliable transportation
- Available to work any shift, 7 days a week, with a required 50-hour work week
- Prior supervisory experience with a coaching mindset
- Prior onboarding experience with employees at all levels
- Prior Microsoft Office Experience
- Prior cash handling and bank deposit experience
- Ability to multi-task and lead teams in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to bend, stand, kneel frequently lifting 25+lbs
