Job Summary
Lead teams in delivering exceptional Southern Hospitality experiences by creating a culture where staff feel respected and valued. Actively seek growth opportunities for team members, communicate effectively with internal and external guests, and take corrective action when standards are not met. Serve as a subject matter expert on BoFood and BoLabor systems while empowering employees to maintain high-quality service. Manage restaurant profitability by understanding P&L results, participating in inventory management, and reducing R&M through proper manager walks and timely escalations. Uphold all safety, security, and cleanliness standards while engaging in Life Cycle Training (LTO) activities including training and POP by deadlines. Work flexible morning, evening, or weekend shifts, 50 hours weekly, with a valid driver's license and ability to lift 25+ lbs.
Required Qualifications
- A minimum of 2 years management experience
- 18 years or older
- Able to read, write and speak English
- Must possess a valid driver's license, and access to reliable transportation
- Available to work any shift, 7 days a week, with a required 50-hour work week
- Prior supervisory experience with a coaching mindset
- Prior onboarding experience with employees at all levels
- Prior Microsoft Office Experience
- Prior cash handling and bank deposit experience
- Ability to multi-task and lead teams in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to bend, stand, kneel frequently lifting 25+lbs
