Job Summary
Lead teams to deliver exceptional Southern Hospitality experiences by fostering a culture where staff feel respected and valued. Actively onboard new members, coach growth, and communicate effectively with all guests while upholding cultural principles. Serve as a subject matter expert on BoFood and BoLabor systems, maintaining standards through manager walks and timely escalations to reduce R&M. Manage restaurant profitability by understanding P&L results, optimizing inventory, and ensuring quality, service, and cleanliness impact sales. Demonstrate safety and security compliance throughout the Life To Order (LTO) cycle, including training and POP deadlines. Work any shift, seven days a week, with a required 50-hour week.
Required Qualifications
- A minimum of 2 years management experience
- 18 years or older
- Able to read, write and speak English
- Must possess a valid driver's license, and access to reliable transportation
- Available to work any shift, 7 days a week, with a required 50-hour work week
- Prior supervisory experience with a coaching mindset
- Prior onboarding experience with employees at all levels
- Prior Microsoft Office Experience
- Prior cash handling and bank deposit experience
- Ability to multi-task and lead teams in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to bend, stand, kneel frequently lifting 25+lbs
