Job Summary
Lead teams in delivering exceptional Southern Hospitality experiences by creating a culture where staff feel valued and actively developing new members. Manage restaurant operations to drive traffic, sales, and profitability while maintaining strict adherence to safety, security, and process standards like BoFood and BoLabor. Participate in inventory management, understand P&L results, and reduce R&M through timely escalations and corrective actions. Work flexible morning, evening, or weekend shifts, including weekends, with a required 50-hour work week.
Required Qualifications
- A minimum of 2 years management experience
- 18 years or older
- Able to read, write and speak English
- Must possess a valid driver's license, and access to reliable transportation
- Available to work any shift, 7 days a week, with a required 50-hour work week
- Prior supervisory experience with a coaching mindset
- Prior onboarding experience with employees at all levels
- Prior Microsoft Office Experience
- Prior cash handling and bank deposit experience
- Ability to multi-task and lead teams in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to bend, stand, kneel frequently lifting 25+lbs
