Job Summary
Lead restaurant operations by creating an inviting culture where team members feel respected, actively seeking growth opportunities for staff development, and communicating effectively with all guests. Maintain strict adherence to BoFood and BoLabor systems, uphold service standards through corrective actions, and empower teams to deliver exceptional guest experiences. Manage profitability by understanding restaurant P&L results, participating in inventory management, and reducing R&M through proper manager walks and timely escalations. Ensure safety and security compliance while engaging in all LTO training and POP activities by deadlines. Work flexible morning, evening, or weekend shifts, including weekends, with a required 50-hour work week.
Required Qualifications
- A minimum of 2 years management experience
- 18 years or older
- Able to read, write and speak English
- Must possess a valid driver's license, and access to reliable transportation
- Available to work any shift, 7 days a week, with a required 50-hour work week
- Prior supervisory experience with a coaching mindset
- Prior onboarding experience with employees at all levels
- Prior Microsoft Office Experience
- Prior cash handling and bank deposit experience
- Ability to multi-task and lead teams in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to bend, stand, kneel frequently lifting 25+lbs
