Job Summary
Lead restaurant teams to drive traffic, sales, and profitability by maintaining a customer-centric culture and executing daily operational standards. Create an inviting store environment where team members feel respected, actively seek growth opportunities, and communicate effectively with all guests. Uphold safety, security, and cleanliness standards while managing inventory, participating in LTO cycles, and reducing R&M through proper manager walks and timely escalations. Work with the General Manager to develop staff, handle cash deposits, and ensure adherence to all systems including BoFood and BoLabor. Available for any shift, seven days a week, with a required 50-hour work week.
Required Qualifications
- A minimum of 2 years management experience
- 18 years or older
- Able to read, write and speak English
- Must possess a valid driver's license, and access to reliable transportation
- Available to work any shift, 7 days a week, with a required 50-hour work week
- Prior supervisory experience with a coaching mindset
- Prior onboarding experience with employees at all levels
- Prior Microsoft Office Experience
- Prior cash handling and bank deposit experience
- Ability to multi-task and lead teams in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to bend, stand, kneel frequently lifting 25+lbs
