Job Summary
Lead teams in delivering exceptional Southern Hospitality by creating a respectful culture, actively coaching new members, and communicating effectively with all guests. Serve as a subject matter expert on BoFood and BoLabor systems while maintaining standards, taking corrective action, and reducing R&M through proper manager walks and timely escalations. Manage restaurant profitability by understanding P&L results, linking quality and cleanliness to sales, and actively participating in inventory management. Uphold safety and security standards while engaging in all LTO training and POP deadlines. Work any shift, seven days a week, with a required 50-hour work week.
Required Qualifications
- A minimum of 2 years management experience
- 18 years or older
- Able to read, write and speak English
- Must possess a valid driver's license, and access to reliable transportation
- Available to work any shift, 7 days a week, with a required 50-hour work week
- Prior supervisory experience with a coaching mindset
- Prior onboarding experience with employees at all levels
- Prior Microsoft Office Experience
- Prior cash handling and bank deposit experience
- Ability to multi-task and lead teams in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to bend, stand, kneel frequently lifting 25+lbs
