Job Summary
Lead restaurant teams to deliver exceptional Southern Hospitality experiences by creating a respectful culture, managing new hires, and communicating effectively with guests. Drive traffic, sales, and profitability through strict adherence to BoFood and BoLabor systems, proactive corrective actions on standards, and active inventory management. Understand restaurant P&L results and safety protocols while participating in all LTO cycles, training, and POP deadlines. Work flexible morning, evening, or weekend shifts, including weekends, with a required 50-hour work week, utilizing coaching skills to empower staff in a fast-paced environment.
Required Qualifications
- A minimum of 2 years management experience
- 18 years or older
- Able to read, write and speak English
- Must possess a valid driver's license, and access to reliable transportation
- Available to work any shift, 7 days a week, with a required 50-hour work week
- Prior supervisory experience with a coaching mindset
- Prior onboarding experience with employees at all levels
- Prior Microsoft Office Experience
- Prior cash handling and bank deposit experience
- Ability to multi-task and lead teams in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to bend, stand, kneel frequently lifting 25+lbs
