Job Summary
Create an inviting culture where team members feel respected, actively seek growth opportunities, and communicate effectively with all guests. Lead the team to drive traffic, sales, and profitability by maintaining customer-centric standards, reducing R&M through proper manager walks, and upholding safety protocols. Understand restaurant P&L results, manage inventory, and ensure full adherence to BoFood and BoLabor systems. Work any shift, seven days a week, with a required 50-hour work week.
Required Qualifications
- A minimum of 2 years management experience
- 18 years or older
- Able to read, write and speak English
- Must possess a valid driver's license, and access to reliable transportation
- Available to work any shift, 7 days a week, with a required 50-hour work week
- Prior supervisory experience with a coaching mindset
- Prior onboarding experience with employees at all levels
- Prior Microsoft Office Experience
- Prior cash handling and bank deposit experience
- Ability to multi-task and lead teams in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to bend, stand, kneel frequently lifting 25+lbs
