Job Summary
Manage both front-of-house and back-of-house operations for a growing brunch-only concept, serving as primary leadership during general manager absences. Lead a motivated morning staff to ensure an exceptional dining experience while driving team development and maintaining clear communication. Requires 2–3 years of fast-paced, full-service restaurant management experience with a proven passion for hospitality. Full-time role with competitive benefits including medical, dental, 401K, and a profit-based bonus plan.
Required Qualifications
- 2 - 3 Years of Restaurant Manager experience in a fast paced, high-volume, full-service restaurant
- Serve as primary leadership role in the absence of the GM
- Prior FOH and BOH Management experience required
- An upward trajectory career path and responsibility with a proven passion in hospitality
- A solid leader that values and respects all employees while earning their respect
- Clear communication skills both verbally and in writing
