Restart - Employment Adviser (Norwich )

Deliver exceptional customer experiences, ensuring every individual feels supported, engaged and motivated throughout their journey. Manage a caseload to help customers overcome barriers and progress into sustainable employment, exceed KPIs, conduct assessments, create tailored action plans with job search and interview support, build employer and stakeholder relationships using local labour market knowledge, and actively participate in safeguarding duties while adhering to policies. The role is office-based in Norwich, 37 hours per week, with a pathway for career progression within Seetec Group.
