Job Summary
Deliver an office-based employment-advisory role focused on supporting individuals to overcome barriers and move into sustainable work. Responsibilities include managing a caseload, creating tailored action plans, providing job-search and interview-preparation guidance, building relationships with employers and stakeholders, and promoting safeguarding. Requires customer-service orientation, target-driven mindset, ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency with IT tools; role includes delivering tailored employment-support services and contributing to outcomes and KPIs.
Required Qualifications
- Foundational knowledge of self-employment
- Confident IT skills, including experience using Microsoft Office and digital tools
- Proven ability to thrive in a target-driven environment
- Experience delivering high-quality services, consistently meeting contractual requirements and quality standards
- Knowledge of the employability sector and understanding of effective approaches to support individuals into work
- Knowledge of recruitment landscape and employer needs
- Experience providing information, advice and guidance to support decision making
- Full UK driving licence with flexibility to travel as required to support customers
