Job Summary
Office-based Employment Adviser role in Great Yarmouth (37 hours/week, Mon-Thu 8:30-17:00, Fri 8:30-16:30) within Seetec Group. Responsible for delivering tailored employment support to help individuals overcome barriers and progress into sustainable work, managing a caseload, achieving KPIs, conducting assessments to shape personalised plans, providing job-search and interview-preparation guidance, and building relationships with employers and stakeholders using local labour market knowledge. Focus on safeguarding and Prevent duties, adherence to policies, and contributing to an empowering, customer-centric service. Key skills include customer service excellence, proactive problem-solving, IT proficiency, target achievement, and a good understanding of the employability sector.
