Job Summary
Deliver engaging, high-quality employability training to develop job-seekers' skills and confidence across North Walsham and Great Yarmouth, alternating weekly between locations. Lead interactive sessions on interview techniques, job applications, and transferable skills; design and deliver workshops, mock interviews and employer-focused activities; promote courses, support participant engagement and action plans, and ensure compliance with safeguarding, quality, equality, and IT policies. Must be capable of delivering training both in-person and remotely using digital tools, with strong Microsoft 365/Teams skills and a proactive approach to helping participants overcome barriers to employment.
Required Qualifications
- Experience delivering employability skills and personal development training
- Strong understanding of barriers faced by unemployed job seekers
- Ability to design and deliver training both face-to-face and remotely using digital tools
