Job Summary
Coordinate weekend admissions, visits, and provide clinical guidance to interdisciplinary teams across 15 counties while on call from Fridays 4:00pm to Mondays 8:00am. Manage patient needs in home, facility, and office settings, requiring travel throughout the service area with a valid driver's license. This full-time, salaried exempt role offers guaranteed pay regardless of call hours and includes every 8th weekend off. Required Qualifications
- Current Iowa Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive attitude and commitment to teamwork
- Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn work-related software
- Valid Iowa driver's license
- Reliable transportation
- Auto insurance
- Ability to move up to 50 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation
- Ability to travel throughout the service area
- Ability to work in patient homes, healthcare facilities and office settings
- Ability to alternate between sitting, standing, walking and driving throughout the workday

Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
- Two years of recent nursing experience
- Previous hospice, home health, palliative care, or related nursing experience
