Rest Area Supervisor

Supervise and mentor rest area employees while working side-by-side on cleaning, maintenance, and groundskeeping tasks. Schedule and conduct on-the-job training for new team members, coordinate daily operations with Highway Supervisors, and fill in for staff during evenings, weekends, or holidays. Oversee janitorial duties including restroom restocking, shelter cleaning, trash pickup, and routine maintenance such as air filter cleaning and minor repairs. Use Microsoft Office for scheduling and reporting, and ensure employee training completion via on-site tablets. Located at Ft.
